Load Rite Trailers, Inc. Coupler to Taillights Trailer Warranty

Load Rite Trailers, Inc. (Load Rite) warrants each trailer it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase by the original consumer. The warranty covers all components of the trailer and is referred to as our “Coupler to Taillights” warranty. Load Rite will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, any parts found to be defective due to defects in material or manufacturing when the parts and/or trailer are returned to an Authorized Load Rite Dealer or authorized repair center as designated by Load Rite.

Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any trailer or component that is found to be modified or altered from its originally shipped condition in any way. This warranty does not cover damage, defect or malfunction caused by Acts of God, riot, war, unreasonable use or failure to perform reasonable and periodic maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage, defect or malfunction caused by overloading the trailer beyond stated capacities, improper use or use beyond the design limitations. Trailers used as part of a rental fleet or for a commercial purpose are not covered by this consumer warranty.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. LOAD RITE TRAILERS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No transportation charges or related expenses (such as loss of time, towing charges, travel expenses) are covered by this warranty. This warranty complies with the “Magnusson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act” limited warranty provisions and any provisions of this warranty or actions taken by Load Rite pursuant to this warranty shall be construed accordingly. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is validated by the submission of the Warranty Registration card included with the owner’s packet OR the completion of the Warranty Registration through other various electronic means as provided by Load Rite Trailers, Inc.
